Gaudi Regulated/ MoneyBox ISA

Hi,
I signed up for an ISA for my son about 8 months ago, and 25 pounds is taken out every month: the name of the company is: Gaudi Regulated according to my bank statements. I have not had any emails from them at all, and when I searched in my emails, I must have deleted the original email. Has anyone any knowledge of this company, is there a reason why they have not corresponded with me once in all this time?
Thank you.

Never heard of them, what directed you to them in the first place?
Their website is poor and seems to offer no actual links to products, but does show contact details at https://www.gaudiltd.co.uk/contact-us/ so getting in touch with them would be the obvious thing to do - their FCA register entry at https://register.fca.org.uk/s/firm?id=001b000000MfvIXAAZ also lists an email address.
MoneyBox is a different company altogether?0 -

Gaudi is a back end business provider. Who did you apply for the ISA through? Check your inbox for other correspondence.0
