So they haven’t started taking legal action as of yet? How do I reply, do I write a letter. Yeah, Smart Parking LTD v You. 

Should I be worried , or should I be expecting a letter from the court. Obviously I’m in England so for the sheriffs court, I know where you’re coming from, England don’t have that. 

I’m very clueless on how to approach this, I got worried when I seen saw it’s an actual debt collection agency.

Just follow the advice you have been given by @Coupon-mad and you can use the normal methods to reply, e-mail or post (but e-mail is better these days providing you have an e-mail address for them) or even carrier pigeon but NOT telephone as a telephone call is worth the paper it's written on.
