I want to return an item but the seller hasn't sent me the return address details

Hi All,
I was hoping for some advice on what to do with a online purchase I want to return.
Last month I purchased a shower set for £654 from an online store 'plumb nation', the day the item got delivered I wanted to return it as I had found out that this particular shower set I bought was a discontinued product from the manufacturers so on the same day of delivery I raised a return request, this was on the 27th October.
I have since emailed them requesting details on where to return the item but haven't received a single answer from them apart from a standard response that they will get back to me within 48 hrs with no contact.
I emailed them again a few days ago outlining that if they don't provide me with a return address I will take the case up with paypal  and they eventually  replied back saying that  they will arrange a collection but it will cost me £65.00 which I declined as I'd arrange the postage myself which will cost circa £15.00.
Since then they haven't provided any return address details so I'm unsure what to do next so any advice will be much appreciated.
I was thinking of filing a claim in the small claims court via money claim online but not sure  if I should go down this route just yet so any help will be much appreciated on what I should do next.

Thanks.

Why not send the goods directly to the Plumb Nation store which is open to the general public so there should be someone there to accept deliveries?

Cant you sent it here ? >>

    https://www.plumbnation.co.uk/contact/

    Postal Address

    PlumbNation Limited
    Unit 5 Woodway Court
    Thursby Road
    Bromborough
    Wirral
    CH62 3PR
  • I'd caution against sending the goods to an address that may not be set up for receiving returns.

I presume the OP has been through this process? https://www.plumbnation.co.uk/returns/

    Review process

Please read the images and insurance section below.

Should you decide that you no longer require the goods, or they simply do not suit your requirements, then please follow our simple returns procedure below:

    • STEP 1 - Please contact us no longer than 14 days after the day on which you receive the goods by emailing returns@plumbnation.co.uk or by calling 0333 202 5981.
    • STEP 2 - We will then email you with the return instructions and address for postage. At this point, we may require an image of the goods. A returns label will be sent for you to tape onto the outer packaging. Please note this is not a prepaid label.
    • STEP 3 - Once the goods have been received back and inspected, you will receive your refund within 14 days.

    Hi All,
Many thanks for your replies  and apologies for the delayed response.  In  the end I raised a dispute through PayPal and just like that they emailed me a return address. Will not recommend this company to anyone, wish I'd checked out there trustpilot and google reviews first .

Interestingly there is no such company as Plumbnation Limited, the company that used to carry that name changed in Jan 2019 but their T&Cs etc still refer to their old name as the company name.

it seems a legit company (plumbnation.co.uk) but this is now the least of my worry as I can't track down my parcel after dropping it off at a DPD parcelshop,  just as things couldn't get any worse!
