Also you wouldn't dream of purchasing 250 scratch cards from the local shop in one go, online it just makes it earlier and you feel less guilty purchasing that amount, until you chasing your losses and you've than ran out of money, having to apply for payday loans to afford things that need paying without allowing the misses to finding out.
Make sure you to register at https://www.gamstop.co.uk/ and your call your ISP to block gambling website, so you don't fall into the trap of gambling. Also don't apply for a payday loans, it much better to use an overdraft facility or a credit card if available, so you can buy your kids uniform'.

Also if National Lottery Scratchcards (or any National Lottery games) are a particular 'gambling problem', you can set limits or prohibit yourself entirely from playing particular types of game (such as online scratchcards etc) on the National Lottery website:
Click on the 'Take a break from playing' blue box and you can exclude yourself from playing for a short time, medium time, or for life!
  • Cut up your cards if you can't control spending, need to take the hit sometimes to solve the root cause

I just spent/wasted £470 on online scratch cards on the national lottery website, these games are so sudsing and addicting. It was very easy to top up with my debit card. I spent the children's school uniform money and the misses is going to go ape as we are already struggling very badly.
I'm not sure how this is relevant to the topic of this thread?
And I'm not sure why people feel the need to snipe at people while they're very clearly suffering. I guess life's full of confusion, isn't it.
The thread is about minimum payments on a Barclaycard.  It has nothing to do with someone deciding to blow all the household cash on scratchcards, and their partner (unsurprisingly??) being angry with them as a result  - not confusing, just off topic.
Thanks very much but I'm perfectly capable of being able to read... My "confusion" was with why you felt the need to be such a vile person about it. But I've remembered where I am now, so question answered.

Or perhaps you just have some kind of utterly bizarre passion for internet forum thread organisation and so cannot tolerate the presence of a single tangentially related post on what is, ultimately, otherwise a boring and finished topic?
