You cannot be hand held through every step, because at one point you could be in a court room. All by yourself. You need to be able to identify your desired outcome and work towards it

this is also NOT a legal aid forum. If you want that, in detail and hand held at all stages, pay a lawyer. 

Or, you could take responsibility yourself and leave simple questions off the forum, so we can try to help with actually tricky , difficult queries.

I can only thank you wholeheartedly for bringing up this issue. My good friend is in exactly the same situation as you. She moved house in 2019 and only discovered a few days ago that she has a CCJ from PrivateEye... I would certainly like to know how this situation develops and resolves for you. All the best x

Thank you and sorry your friend is going through this too, it is really stressful. I hope they get the support they need. I’ll let you know what happens with ParkingEye as soon as I have an update. Thank you for your kind comment.

Is Ian Hislop so short of funds that he's had to resort to seeking spurious court judgments? (I know he's no stranger to the court, but .......)  

You're not the first to make that typo, and you almost certainly won't be the last.
