Please can you remove the address noted at the top of this email from your records as, as mentioned, I no longer live there and so will not receive any further communication sent to this address.
You should change this word to ERASE.
  • Hi again. I sent the consent to set aside email on Saturday evening and was just wondering if you guys know of roughly how long I should expect to wait for a reply? I know it will most likely be at least a couple of weeks, but could it be even longer? Just thinking about the need for applications to court to be made promptly. Thanks!

What deadline did you give them?
  • What deadline did you give them?
Stupidly, none. It didn’t cross my mind to. Would there be any point in giving it, say, a week and then emailing them again with a deadline of a further week before going ahead with a without consent application, or would this be pointless now?

There's every point to doing so.

Great - thanks for the reply. Would you recommend waiting a few more days (I emailed them on Saturday so has only been two working days) or forwarding my original letter and adding a deadline? E.g. if the below email is not responded to by X I will have no choice but to submit an N244 without consent as per my requirement to act promptly etc?
