You must look carefully that 1 + 1 = 2
Britannia use different names and if 1 + 1 = 3, they are in trouble.
So, their full name on the ticket is ........
Their name on the parking sign is .....
And, who actually is the contract with ? This is the contract with the landowner

Yes, I’ve got all my paperwork and getting help tomorrow. All the words were just getting scrambled up and I didn’t know if I was coming or going. Sometimes I just have to ask a direct question and get a simple answer to help me on my way.0

OK, but don't let the person helping you start filing in the 'paperwork' though. The paper forms with that claim form are not used.
They need to just read the 2nd post of the NEWBIES thread and the template defence, as per KeithP's reply.
Please ask them to check these answers because sometimes the claim form is in the WRONG BRITANNIA NAME:
Their full name on the ticket (PCN) is ........
Their name on the parking sign is .....
And, who actually is the contract with ? This is the contract with the landowner (if you have a copy yet, if not you'll see it later).
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
