Best Package for Low-volume User?

I've been on Vodafone's PAYG £10 Big Value Bundle for quite some years.  In September they ended the awful Rewards (which I never really liked anyway) and the replacement, VeryMe Rewards, is even worse (if that's possible!).

I am one of those mobile users who don't tend to use it much at all: less than 10 MB of mobile data, 50 minutes talk time and 50 text messages per month.
Can someone suggest a better PAYG package to move to for a very low-volume user like myself, that's cheaper than the £10/mth I'm currently paying?

Agree PAYG Asda could be worth a look, or y ou could try Lebara, via MSE, £5 monthly rolling so no big lock in

Lebara, when you port your number to them they give you £10 credit in PAYG which auto tops up by any amount you set when you get to £3 credit left and on monthly contract £5 gets you 1000 mins, 1000 texts, and 2G of data per month, they use the Vodaphone network and you can switch between PAYG and the £5 month as often as you like.

Three offer a Data Reward sim with free 200mb per month.
Calls are 3p per minute and texts are 2p per text.
  • Have a look at sky mobile, especially with Black Friday coming up as they do a good £6 bundle

Those rates increased about 5-fold in March for new customers. I have the solution though, but the OP will have to send me a PM to show they are still interested.
