Does anyone know why Now TV has gone from the comparison tool. It says on the description it is included in the 17 used in the search but when I put in my details it no longer shows in the end results or in the filter option.

    Does anyone know why Now TV has gone from the comparison tool. It says on the description it is included in the 17 used in the search but when I put in my details it no longer shows in the end results or in the filter option. 

    I'd also like to know the answer as I signed up my mum to Now TV via the comparison tool at the end of september, she received her 2nd bill beginning of this month and they charged her for all her phone calls instead of applying the anytime calls offer. My thoughts based on another similar issue I saw reported on the Now TV forum is that there is a problem with the comparison tool passing through details to the Now TV website and perhaps creating the sign-up process without the correct offer details.

    EDIT: still appears on the comparison tool for me - maybe your exchange is over subscribed? Have you checked the Exchange search tool - https://availability.samknows.com/broadband/exchange_search
    Pop in your post code and it will give you details of your local exchange including subscriber information.
