Yes I was allowed to deposit as much as I like but as soon as I was level and wanted out it came up with an error twice only when I contacted them through live chat I was made aware I needed to further register a card and deposit again. It’s so hard to get your money back back no questions are asked when they are taking it0

As someone posted it is in their Ts & Cs so it was there to see unfortunately.Drufer111 said:Yes I was allowed to deposit as much as I like but as soon as I was level and wanted out it came up with an error twice only when I contacted them through live chat I was made aware I needed to further register a card and deposit again. It states you need to use the same method as used. Applepay is a debit card surely that’s the same method? I don’t see it stating that applepay cannot be used to withdraw its basically a debit card transaction just like any other. But not in these circumstances by the looks of it0

Bumped as I dont think the OP saw it.bradders1983 said:You could have walked into any branch of Coral and got your winnings in cash, if you have 10 debit cards or 0. Did you not realise this was an option?
Obviously this only applies when the shops are open.0 -
No never new it was possible I would have thought they would need the card as if it can’t be returned on applepay I doubt they’d return it without the card.bradders1983 said:

I have raised my concerns with them and basically told man up it was your choice!born_again said:
So you destroyed the debit card, so you will not use it on gambling sites, but are happy to use Applepay with the same card.Drufer111 said:Yes I have a debit card registered on my iPhone to use like a card. I do not physically have the card as I destroyed it to stop my from registering it with gambling sites hence the reason for using applepay. I was not aware that it could not be used as to return funds just like a debit card would and it’s not clear or stated on their site or when you deposit with applepay.
Perhaps you need some help as it looks like you have a issue with Gambling.
TBH. They should only be refunding back to the source of funds, in this case applepay. Not expecting you to register a debit card, deposit funds and then withdraw.
I bet if you try to withdraw more then you deposited via the debit card they will block it due to ML regulations.

Coral are rubbish anyway, much better bookies out there. However if you want a bookie where you can withdraw winnings in shop, Ladbrokes, WH and Paddypower all offer that functionality as well.0

I use paddypower sensibly like all others I use for best odds etc etc. I have had funds returned via applepay from other bookmakers/betting companies so as it didn’t state on their website I didn’t think twice.bradders1983 said:Coral are rubbish anyway, much better bookies out there. No it states you need to use a method you have already used in the past.Drufer111 said:It states you need to use the same method as used. Applepay is a debit card surely that’s the same method? So you could deposit £10 via debit card. Then £10 via Apple Pay. Then win £100 and withdraw the £100 via debit card.
I think the OP needs to either wait for shops to re-open and try to get it out in cash, or get a new debit card from the bank, use that to deposit £10 and then withdraw everything and close the account before seeking help.0
