I can't remember how old mine is .. it's a Toshiba Regza 32" Full HD that's still going strong.0

If you want to take it any further, you need to commission an independent report that says the TV has failed due to an inherent defect - but bear in mind that any refund offered can be reduced to take into account the 4 years use you have had from the TV.

Be careful what you wish for... I felt similarly about my desktop computer but at 9 years old it could still do everything I needed quickly but I wanted newer/bigger but not enough to justify replacing a working machine.Spank said:I wish mine would break, it's tiny by today's standard and I want a bigger one. Sadly it's still going strong at 6 years old.
But then it did die but at the same time a few other things happened which means I dont want to replace it now but its dead so living with just the Mrs’ laptop and my tablet now and its a pain!0
