Does anyone know if EE are now part of the automatic compensation for broadband loss scheme

As above, I have checked Ofcom's website and it doesn't specifically list EE as being part of the scheme. However, as they are owned by BT now and BT are part of the scheme does anyone know if this means EE are too?
I am trying to get through to them on the phone but the waiting times are quite bad at present.
I reported the loss of broadband last Wednesday. Three Openreach engineers have attended since with no resolution of the problem and each time a different problem has been given as the reason for the lack of broadband. 8 days of trying to use a wi-fi hot spot to work and watch TV and I'm starting to lose patience!

BT broadband, EE & Plusnet are part of the BT group. Each is a separate company so will be listed separately if signed up to it.1

At a guess Ofcom would be more up to date than Google , and that gives no yes they have signed .Not sure if compo pays out for work on a non business service though .Current from Ofcom re EE3.41 EE has provided assurances that it has now completed the necessary systems developments and is ready to become a signatory to the scheme. EE has however decided to temporarily delay its launch due to challenges posed by Covid-19. EE has told us that as soon as provision and repair engineering activity is back to normal, it will be launching.
