Where to buy a mobile phone

Hi there, I am ready to buy a new mobile - well, mine is on its last legs. I am intending to buy a Samsung Galaxy S10 or S10 + (struggling a bit to decide as I love the +, but worry that it is a bit big for my small hands - any thoughts would be most welcome). My question is where to go to buy. I bought my previous phone on Amazon. I want to make sure that I buy somewhere reputable and with great customer service, but I don't want to pay an excessive price. I checked Samsung's site and their prices are still very high. The Amazon prices are good, but there are a few comments along the lines that the phone someone received as 'new' wasn't actually. That worries me. Any thoughts?
