O2 end of contract?

My contract comes to an end 6.12.20. I received a letter a few days ago. Explaining my contract will be changed to a O2 rolling contract. (at a rip off cost of course)
Normally I believe I need 30 days to cancel? Does that mean if I put a switch in tomorrow via Pac code. Will get charged an extra month if I set up to switch dead on 6.12.20?

If your contract was direct from i2 ot be a frefresh contract and the device plan would have stooped so you just pay the air time if you pac out your old account cancels0

So you're saying I will be charged a full month of airtime? I got my contract through mobiles.co.uk0

If you are outside of your minimum term, and use a PAC, billing stops immediately.1

Text ‘INFO’ to 85075 – and find out more
If someone is not sure whether they are still ‘in contract’, and would have to pay any early termination charges, they can simply text ‘INFO’ to 85075 to find this out without requesting a switching code.
