Email it asap and ask them to remove the one online as it's incomplete

Yeah I know - it was a mistake.
I went in person to The Range today to complain and they've sent an email to Parking Eye with all the details asking them to cancel the parking ticket.

The Range seem to have become far more helpful in getting tickets cancelled. At one stage it was more likely we would have advised not bothering to engage with them. Hopefully their intervention might work, but be aware that PE can be incredibly stubborn once they've committed resources and hard cash into lodging a court claim.Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
