Left without gas, Compensation amount?

Hi all,
I've had a look for the answer to this all over but can't find it.
I was recently left without gas from 8am Friday morning to 4pm Sunday due to an error from Cadent contractors when they moved the gas meter for the house next door. I am being told by Cadent that the amount of compensation I am due is £120 as it it £60 for every full 24 hours i have been without gas. I can't find anything to support or deny this and was wondering if anyone out there was aware of anything official I could read.
I have checked Citizens Advice however it only states what you get if you power is off not the gas.
Any help would be very much appreciated.
Thank you
Martin

£120 for a weekend without Gas seems like a great amount of money. That would get me at least 4 months worth of Gas!!4

Scroll down the page.

£120 sounds generous given the timescales in your OP.All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.
Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.0 -
'If your gas supply is... interrupted you will receive an additional £60 per day. This covers the maximum compensation under Ofgem's Guaranteed Standards of Performance (GSOP): GS1 Supply Restoration, for the interruption or loss of your gas supply'.
I can't tell you why this information is buried in .pdfs on Ofgem's site and tucked away or buried in unsuspecting pages on Cadent's site. It's pure chance that I stumbled upon your query while searching for seemingly impossibly hidden answers to an unrelated Cadent query of my own. (still no joy for me)
Halfway down this page ( https://cadentgas.com/services/energy-exchange-cooker ) you'll find faqs and if you expand the Goodwill Payment section, you'll see the text I've pasted above. The information is mirrored, in the most convoluted fashion, on a seemingly older page here ( https://cadentgas.com/help-advice/frequently-asked-questions ) where the menu on the left (or towards the bottom of the page on a mobile) includes, 'Affected by our work' leading to 'Am I eligible for compensation due to your works'?
I hope this helps.
It's a shame you can't turn back time and have your gas working and your home warm for most of that weekend, but not even God can change the past. :-)
Be well.
