Sofology and finance

Hi, can anyone advise (a) how to get a response from Sofology that isn’t just a customer service person on Messenger and (b) what our rights are as we are paying for Sofas on finance which started on our original delivery date in August BUT Sofology “lost” half our order ( & apparently only noticed when the delivery team went to take it off the truck and it wasn’t there). So we only have half the items we are paying for and the rest have been reordered. We haven’t heard anything else from Sofology despite resending our complaint to complaint@Sofology every two weeks. Once, I got a response from Customer services via messenger after posting a poor review on their Facebook page!! He offered £100 compensation, which I refused as I didn’t feel this addressed my complaint. Any advice on how to tackle this much appreciated!

Speak to the finance company. They are jointly liable. Threatening to cancel the whole contract might get some action.
Do not under any circumstances* stop making payments while this is still going on. That would put you in breach of contract.
*unless the finance company agrees to suspend payment.0
