What are my rights if my broadband install is taking too long?

  • Update for anyone who is interested. Spoke to the cancellations manager today and he agreed that it was an unreasonable amount of time to wait for service and that I could leave the contract fee-free. I still have £75 credit on the account so I am awaiting to find out what is done about that

    Just make sure you get that confirmed  in writing, text or e mail.
    There are threads on here where verbal agreements seem to vanish after the event, best to be sure
