HI,
We're in the process of moving house. Our "new" property is a poorly insulated First World War era detached house with an oil boiler. The EPC score is an extremely unedifying 23. I intend to completely remodel with an extension, new roof and insulated external render so all options are possible - except mains gas as we will be 500m from the nearest gas main. This will all help fix the EPC to something more acceptable.
Mains gas is out of the question.
With all the myriad options is there a particular professional whom I can consult to give an unbiased assessment of the choices and/or combination of choices that would be best for a 20-25 year ROI?
Regards
Tet
