Is it still possible for me to turn my Help2Buy ISA into a LISA?

Or was this only for the first year of LISAs being introduced?

It was only in the first tax year that LISAs were available that a HTB ISA balance of above £4k could be transferred. Now you can only transfer or contribute up to £4k per tax year and the LISA needs to be open for 12 months before it can be used without penalty to support a qualifying property purchase.0

I’ve used a lifetime isa to buy my first home. Can I use the money saved in my help2buy to open a new lifetime isa? If so what’s the maximum I can put in as have over £4000
