I used to manage the flats on Shoppenhangers right by the station - similar layout flats and houses, and the parking even though it was eventually made into permit parking (so wasn't commuters getting free parking anymore) was a nightmare - that type of layout for parking is just a no for me.jonners666 said:
Yes - that does come up as well. There are parking bays. We have two cars and have never struggled to park - but I agree it is an issue. But I would have thought it was an issue that people could get over for the price...Finchy2018 said:the parking would be more of an issue for me than being next to flats. but I do wonder if that makes it feel a bit overlooked.0 -

This one looks spacious from the outside? 60k price drop so far.0 -
And? That's a flat, not a house. It's not really comparable.Crashy_Time said:https://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/property-67273305.html

I was making a point about economic reality V seller price expectations in some cases.0

Just FYI to anyone following this - we accepted an offer of asking price yesterday. So only back on the market for 2 weeks in the end
