Is your VM app linked to VM CA or saving account?
I have VM CA but it is linked Yorkshire Bank app.
I also have VM saving account but I don't use the app
What's the name of the app on Google play0 -
Has the xfer arrived in your new Exclusive ISA yet? How long did it take to show after leaving your Double Take account?badger09 said:
I've just done it through VM app. App takes you 'outside' to apply, but has prefilled most details, just NINO to complete IIRC. Then you need to log in again to 'verify application' through the app. Once done, the Exclusive 1 year FRISA was opened immediately (shows in app) and I was able to request xfer of existing VM Double Take ISA. Pretty painless really, apart from squinting at tiny iPhone SE (old) screen, and some mis-alligned text.P3 said:1% fixed isa with VM looks the best bet, although I never liked locked up my money.
How do I 'transfer' from VM isa to VM isa?0 -
Yes I just opened it as well, same as what badger said, when u selected transfer isa, there is a option for virgin money plc.
The isa detail is already on my VM app, which I kind of wish they would combine my VM RS together too, but it is what it is.0 -
I haven't actually received any notification of this reduction in interest rate. Is it on their website anywhere?I consider myself to be a male feminist. Is that allowed?0

Funny enough, I haven't either, mine is man utd double take eisa issue 4.
Considering how many different issue they have, it's a matter of time when they email every one for the reduction1 -
I've not had notification yet either... I suspect they will soon realise!surreysaver said:I haven't actually received any notification of this reduction in interest rate. Is it on their website anywhere?1 -
My transferred is done in less than a day, amazing work from VM1

Last time it looks like they changed all the Double Take E-ISAs on 02/06, with the exception of Issue 16, which already had an interest rate of 1.01% and Issue 17, which was currently on sale at the time and had an interest rate of 0.75%P3 said:Funny enough, I haven't either, mine is man utd double take eisa issue 4.

I've got Issue 14, and I am fairly sure that last time they reduced my rate, it was a different date to the others. Maybe that's why I haven't heard anything from them yetepm-84 said:

Double Take E-ISA Issue 14 is shown on their website as having a current interest rate of 1.01% effective from 02/06, the same as all the other preceding issue numbers. If you mean the normal E-ISA, Reward E-ISA or the Double Take E-Saver then they were changed on different dates.surreysaver said:
