Premier Park claim - UPDATE: I now have a hearing date

It's only going to court if the claimant pays the hearing fee , it then gets to the day allocated in June , you are appearing in person and are called in , or it's a phone or video hearing and the call arrives on the day and you are joined into the call or video hearing. !!
Until those finite things happen , it's pure speculation on your part , but with good reason to pencil those dates into your diary
We thought that this one with 43 pages and over 400 posts was going to court , it didn't , the claimant chickened out a few days before
