PIR LED light stuck on

see if you can find the invoice, a lot of lights come with a 3 year warranty so you can at least get the light swapped for free but you'd have to either pay an electrician to remove & refit, or you could do it yourselfForestBluebells said:I can’t remember when I had this installed but maybe 1 -2 years ago
most LED floodlights are pre wired and the installer fits an external JB outside, so it really is quite simple to replace.

I've had plenty of PIR sensors fail over the years, as water has a habit of finding its way into the fitting and damaging the electronics. The last time I replaced one I drilled extra drain holes to try and alleviate the problem. The stand alone PIRs sold by both Screwfix and Toolstation are of a poor design.1
