Furlough on 2nd job?

Just a quick question.
Can your employer of your 2nd job, claim furlough for staff if the business is now struggling? My OH was lucky enough to still do both jobs full time, but this new lockdown is proving difficult for his part time job, and has been told he will ring if he needs his help, which obviously leaves us out of pocket at a tricky time.
So can his part time employer put him on furlough for the lockdown period, as this is my OH 2nd job?
