Won't re-credit a coupon they automatically applied to my UK November booking which now can't be taken due to Government legislation. How not to guarantee future business!

What do the terms and conditions say? Airbnb don't sell packages and it's not their fault that you can't go, so you'll be stuck in terms and conditions land.
