Hi,
I have received an appeal letter back today from PCS. They have said I have stated that I am unwilling to name the driver of the vehicle and unless the driver details are provided I will be charged. They said my car was parked in breach of the terms and conditions of parking on private land where no stopping, parking or waiting is permitted at any time.
They have included still photographs of my car timed within 1 minute of each other. They said they are unable to cancel my PCN and have extended the discounted parking period to 14 days for me to pay £60. Thegy said please note the images do not identiy the driver or any other living individual as defined under the data protection act GDPR. It says I have reached the end of their appeals process and I can appeal with POPLA but if I do so the discounted £60 will no longer be available. Can anyone advise what to do next?0 -

I've just realised it also says NTK's are supposed to be received within 14 days of "being caught" which was 17th October, the letter is dated to me on 30th Oct but didn't arrive until 3rd Nov but there's no way of proving that0

Only for POFA compliance , so you are appealing as keeper on the basis that the claimant did not comply with POFA so as keeper you have no liability in law
The driver may be liable , but as keeper you are not
POFA does not help a Driver , only a Keeper0 -

Please read the NEWBIES thread post #3.
Your reply sounded like you were not expecting this basic bog standard rejection letter and also haven't read the POFA to have realised that the NTK was deemed delivered on the Tuesday, anyway.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I sent a appeal to POPLA and PCS have dismissed my appeal and have said I have to pay £100 not £60
Presume I need to wait for POPLA to respond to let me know either way.0
