Thats what I thought, shows I did try to contact them and rectify. I will do that. ThanksFruitcake said:In my opinion you should send in a late appeal pointing out that the keeper had moved and never received the original NTK.
It will no doubt be rejected, but you can always show a judge at a later date that you were being reasonable and tried to resolve the issue at an early date.
Do send the DPO rectification notice as advised above. Make sure you use the all important word, "erase". It has a specific meaning which is why Le-Kirk highlighted it.1 -
I will do that, I don't have V5C updated, so will send off for update and forward email if possible.Redx said:You cannot do the appeal to the DPO , do the appeal to wy in the manner described on the PCN
Do the data rectification notice to the DPO at WY by email , attaching proof of the new address , ideally attaching a copy of the updated V5C as proof of I D under the GDPR law
Even if it's the same person1 -
Keeper, not owner.
You should include the PCN number as well.
I believe you can now update your address online.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister.

I don't think this OP 100% realises they don't actually have to pay the PPC and are not in any 'predicament'. This entire thread reads as if the OP hasn't yet read NEWBIES PLEASE READ THESE FAQS FIRST. Also this PPC never sues anyone.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Good , because the DVLA can fine you up to £1000 for not doing sostrewberry1 said:

Thanks, I have read the Newbies thread, however I was told this PPC has taken 60+ people to court in 2019, so didn't want to end up there. I will just send them an update and leave it a that then. I can't find an email for them, the appeals page is just a form. Should I post it to them?Le_Kirk said:
Have you updated your V5C and driving licence? You should also now send a Data Rectification Notice by e-mail to the DPO of the parking company informing them of your new address for service and requiring them to ERASE your old data and to inform ALL of their agents of the new address.strewberry1 said:Fast forward a couple of months and i've moved house and been away. Managed to get old letters from the previous property and have had a NTK issued on 11/09/2020 and then a notification of liability on 12/10/2020. So i've not been able to respond with an appeal.0 -
Try their privacy page , which is where DPO details should be , in fact the email is there at the bottom of the page !!
As for appealing , if it's an online appeal , do so , avoiding any vtraps wanting Driver details0
