Flow meters on heating manifold not moving

Hello - I'm hoping somebody can help with a problem we have with a Rifeng underfloor heating manifold . It seems that all the red flow meters are stuck and a couple don't have any water in them although the heating is working. No matter how much they're opened or closed they stay the same. Does anyone know why this is or what we should do to make them move. What we've done instead is open them up fully and then use the blue actuators to adjust the flow but obviously we don't know if we've got them open too much or not enough. Any help would be appreciated.

This is where Google is your friend - my manifold flow indicators are stuck and need to be decrudded (technical term).
Have a shufti on t'interweb - John Guest and others have made youtube videos of how to get them off and clean them. You need to have a bit of a trawl to find flow meters that look like yours though and there are several different types. The process of closing the manifold valves, draining the manifold and removing them is the same but the method of doing the flow regulators is a bit different.
It's not difficult or complicated - here's an examplehttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mdUnwdCs43A,
my flowmeters look like this and you need to press in the little tabs at the bottom to get them to bits. https://underfloorparts.co.uk/product/underfloor-heating-myson-polyplumb-plupb127fm-pb127fm-polypipe-manifold-flow-meter/ this is how -https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rbjFzYcr4VQ

Don't assume the reason they are not moving is that they are stuck. There are other things that can prevent them from opening. Such as the water temperature being too high or the in/out valves not being set correctly.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA).
