Buyer asking for IMEI & serial number after purchase

I sold a brand new iPhone on eBay. Buyer has paid but held on PayPal at moment. He’s then started messaging asking imei and serial number after purchase “ I am reminding you to send me a picture of the imei and serial number before shipping as we agreed. It is highly important”
worried going to be scammed here but he’s paid and handset never used? Maybe legit reason but worried as he never asked until after purchase.

Did you agree to send him a picture of the IMEI and Serial Number?The comments I post are my personal opinion. While I try to check everything is correct before posting, I can and do make mistakes, so always try to check official information sources before relying on my posts.0

I’ve checked the imni online clearly states not past first activation as well as clean regards not black listed so I at least have proof before it’s sent0

Possibly my side of PayPal why it’s holding payment though as states possible reason:
