Talk talk price hike

I don’t understand what’s happened here but I signed a contract with them with the agreed no price hike for 18 months. Everything was going as expected then suddenly my bill was hiked from £25.95 to £37.91. I don’t even have TV and I don’t use my phone. Is there something I’m not understanding about my Bill? Yeah but you've got two figures there, £12, and £11.21.  In fact your £37.16 can be made up by adding £11.21 to the £22.95 plus £3 for the speed boost.

I think part of the problem is the formatting has been screwed up by the forum software, which happens if you just do a direct copy and paste.  If you're able to do a screenshot of the bill and put that on the forum, it may solve where that label actually belongs.
