Quote the relevant version number of the CoP, which was version 5 at the time of the alleged event.

Use pointers on the images. Images are quite powerful and don't underestimate the importance of them.
You mention Link parking v mr N. This was a County Court case and relates to a ticket machine that was not working. There is no transcript available online.
Vine (the appeal) is more relevant as the signage was obliterated. It's also a decsion at a higher level. There is a transcript available online and it is relevant to your scenario. The PPC's frequently use this case out of context so you need to understand it. It is the appeal that is important as Miss Vine won her appeal.
Need to see what the Claimant submits as landowner authority.

Amazing, thankyou so much everyone for your responses.
I have added the quote from the Code of Practice, and I added the Vine case and pointers on the images.
Still nothing from the claimant so far.0 -
I finally heard from BW legal! I came home today to find they had sent me a Notice of Discontinuance. As relieved as I am, a part of me is a little disappointed I didn't get to see it through!!
I cannot thank everyone here enough for your help, guidance and patience, I appreciate it so much.
All the best!1 -
