Hi
I am a bit lost with all the information out there. I am a limited company who rents out several properties as accomodation for contractors and holiday makers and was wondering if there are any grants available to me by my local council
I do not pay business rates as I do not have a premises but operate out of residential homes.
I haven’t had a single bit of help from the government thus far and was hoping for some advice?
Many thanks
Joe

Presumably the limited company acts as an agent for third party owners, rather than owning the properties concerned?0

If the company is treated as trading, it could apply for a bounce back loan, but ideally this would have been done months ago, as time is running out and most banks have stopped making loans to anyone other than their existing business customers.
There are no property based council grants available to companies that do not own or rent any business properties. If there is no work for the company and you take a salary, look at furlough.0 -
Accommodation for contractors may still be required as the construction industry is to remain open.
How much of your revenue is "trading income" versus "non-trading"? There has been very little support for "non-trading" income.0
