MyHermes, terrible service, impossible to contact - can anyone help?

Hermes can be contacted. I found a way. If you click on "something else" it only gives one option; to report a delivery vehicle that has been in a road accident and you need to upload two photos to continue. I wrote my complaint which was the sender had made a typo and missed one letter from the postcode and gave the correct postcode and two holiday snaps of me on the beach. Low and behold they then emailed me. Unfortunately their email address is hidden so I can't give it here

For Hermes to say: "Hermes customer service: We’re listening," is a joke.
I have tried to speak to a human being on a number of occasions only to be told by Holly that someone from the team will contact me within 24 hours - NOT! No one has bothered to contact me in three days.

Even the recipient of my parcel has experienced the same treatment, since the parcel I sent him was refused by the Evri drop-off shop because I had chosen a courier service and not a drop-off one. OK, I made a mistake and the parcel was supposed to be returned to me.

Everything looked hopeful at first, the tracking said it was out to be delivered to me, and then my hopes were dashed when a message popped up saying that Hermes had been told the parcel was not wanted any more, and it would be returned to sender! It started its journey back on Monday, and since it seems to be going backwards and forwards to the 'Nisa Local' drop-off shop! Help!
