Soundproofing

how can I soundproof my bed? I was thinking about getting a curtain rail and putting it around my bed and getting soundproof curtains. Will this work? I don’t really want to spend a lot of money and my DIY skills are rubbish

Swimmers earplugs are fantastic, they’re mouldable so you can close off the entire ear canal and you don’t get the pressure you can get with foam earplugs. I work at festivals and use them to cut out the noise of the music when I’m camping and trying to sleep.
