Suggestions Needed for Investing 20K S&S ISA, Is it right time to start investing?

iWeb Users I have an opened account and transferred £10K in S&S ISA,I logged in and realized that the share dealing account is showing as
Available to invest: -£25.00 Total securities: £0.00 Total value: -£25.00 Any idea why is that (is it the account opening fee?) , Shall I depost £25 in that acocunt to make the balance NIL.Thanks0 -

Anything that happens in the Share Dealing Account will not affect your S&S ISA Account.
Either they have changed the way they collect the £25 or you answered the signup questions differently but the £25 was collected from my bank via direct debit and never went through either account. Looking at my Share Dealing Account there has never been any transactions posted.0 -
