BT Incorrect billing - Refund issues
Hi I am not sure if anyone can advise what to do. I found out today that I have been paying for an additional line of £17 a month for the last 24 months. I have queried it with them and after 5 departments and 1 cut of and 1hr and 30 mins on the phone they admitted that it was a problem on their side but they would only refund me 3 months as they had sent me a bill every month and I should have been checking them. Surely this cant be right if it is their mistake can it . Any advice?
