NS&I sort code

I'm trying to transfer my NS&I Direct ISA into one paying better interest. To do this I need a sort code. After a week of trying, I've given up phoning/messaging NS&I to find out. Has anyone managed to get the code who can let me have it or can anyone help with how to actually get a response from NS&I?

This page gives the account number and sort code information needed to make deposits into their various types of account - would this give the sort code you need for a transfer?

You do not need a sort code to transfer out a cash ISA. Many ISAs simply do not have a sort code. It is generally big banks that ask for this information on their transfer forms, but they will all be well versed in managing with just an account number. Ask your new ISA provider what to do if you have any trouble completing their transfer form.
