GE Capital (store cards)

Got a £200 limit and all was fine for a few years until just before Santander took over they reduced my limit to £100 for some unknown reason. Then when Santander took over they just blankly closed my account without a reason only for it to still appear as a live credit account on my credit files for over a year later until I queried it.
Come to think of it I probably did have PPI on it but for some reason the PPI claim company I used (I know I shouldn't have) never found that account.
If you had PPI and had a balance on the card (not paying off every month) then you it would have been on every statement as a charge. If you paid the balance in full every month you could have had PPI but never paid any premiums so nothing to refund regardless of whether anyone found it
