Still doesn't work with Chrome. Last night, I managed to log-on using Opera browser but at present, TSB display the message ''We are currently experiencing technical problems''.0

If it's important for you that it works in Chrome, you could try clearing your browsing history / cache / cookies. If that still doesn't work, check what extensions you have, and perhaps disable them one by one to narrow down the potential issue.
