Switching broadband supplier

Options
Our church’s broadband and telephone contract with TalkTalk is ending soon and we’d like to find a supplier with better customer service.  Can anyone advise me whether if I should look for a business account or if there is another possibility.

It depends how important the broadband is and how long you can tolerate downtime. Business contracts will have an SLA but will cost a lot more. What has been the problem with Talk Talk?

Besides the recommendations here, IDnet have excellent CS. Not the cheapest but very reliable and based in this country. Been with them for years.
