CLOSING HELP TO BUY

Hi, I searched closing help to buy ISA statements and I saw that a few had the same problem as me and my boyfriend. Our completion date is tomorrow and we still don’t have our closing statement! However, we went to the bank (Nationwide) yesterday begging for anything for at least some proof and they printed us off a sheet showing the date the ISA was closed and the funds on it. We had a stamp on it and the woman who worked there stamped it and my partner signed it and we handed it in to the solicitor but she hasn’t got back to us yet to see if this is acceptable? Is no news is good news?
