I had some problem with a Plusnet deal in September/October but cannot find what it was. I'm having some problems with the package but can't even remember if it was an MSE, Comparethemarket or MoneySupermarket deal. (I've learnt to do screen shots now). Do you still remember? Thanks.

I took up a Plusnet broadband and phone deal advertised on MSE at the end of September 2020 but Plusnet did not sent me the cash back email.  I  complained to Plusnet and sent them a screen shot of their offer. Plusnet will not now honour the MSE offer as they say I went to their own site and this offer did not exist at the time of my order. Has anyone else run into this problem ?
