Barclays mortgage timeline

Just wanted to find out what Barclays is like with BTL applications (we are both employed) ? We are hoping to formally apply today via broker.

Hi everyone similar problem here, got my offer from barclays in November and my solicitor has been saying we are waiting for the valuer still (it’s been two months) I keep trying to understand what we are waiting for exactly as I signed the offer in November but neither London amd countr (broker) or O’Neill patient solicitors can help me chase this and keep repeating “we are waiting for the valuer”

my help to buy has been extended now for 28 more days and my offer expires in March. HOw screwed am I? Can’t even sleep.

Curious what the Barclays rough timeframe is between AIP, Valuation and final decision.

Hi did barclays asked for more documents like payslips or bank statements .... ??
