NS&I - Painfully slow Junior ISA transfer in - where next?

I started the process on the 7th July to move a CTF and ISA to NS&I. It's the first time moving my children's funds but the whole experience was seriously awful. The rate drop announced during this period now means I need to look elsewhere. I only this week got confirmation that both funds are finally with them, after they mucked up and returned my original application form to me and not my existing provider. It's so difficult to contact them - I gave up last week and contacted the provider I was leaving instead, to find out the thread from their end.....who were well aware of the problems. I don't want to leave my money with them now and just want to know who has great customer service and a decent interest rate?

https://www.moneysavingexpert.com/savings/junior-isa/#bestbuys lists the best interest rates, but doesn't address customer service, which is largely subjective anyway....
