    I suspect not.  And the Nigerian sitting in his internet cafe posing as a distressed serviceman will soon stop contact with the OP once they realise that she has no money for them to swindle out of her.

    Of course the army does bring serving personnel home at the end of their service. This smells like a classic scam.
