Yay - that's a win!  Well done for keeping the faith and following the path to win.  ANOTHER ONE BITES THE DUST!

Court Questionnaire has just arrived, but presumably it was just delayed and the court might not have received/processed the notice of discontinuance? Should I complete the questionnaire and return or just wait? It has a deadline of 2nd Feb

Of course if the Claim really has been discontinued then there is no need to complete a Directions Questionnaire.

Why not ring the CCBC and ask them to confirm that the Claim has been discontinued?
Phone number on your Claim Form.

People here are so easily satisfied.  A win  is only a win you are not out of profit, everything else is a loss.

They  have wasted your time, now consider how you can waste theirs, this may help

Or why not just fill in the DQ but email it back to the CCBC and Claimant's solicitor with a copy of the discontinuance you received.

Just got off the phone with them, they confirmed that they have received the notice and that nothing more needs to be done with the questionnaire. Cheers all!
