Notice of Discontinuance has been sent out by the claimants legal team. Easy win. As always, thank you all! Even though I stress out over this every time, definitely helps having some proper assistance!6

Court Questionnaire has just arrived, but presumably it was just delayed and the court might not have received/processed the notice of discontinuance? Should I complete the questionnaire and return or just wait? It has a deadline of 2nd Feb0

Of course if the Claim really has been discontinued then there is no need to complete a Directions Questionnaire.Guy1195 said:Court Questionnaire has just arrived, but presumably it was just delayed and the court might not have received/processed the notice of discontinuance? Why not ring the CCBC and ask them to confirm that the Claim has been discontinued?

Or why not just fill in the DQ but email it back to the CCBC and Claimant's solicitor with a copy of the discontinuance you received.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Just got off the phone with them, they confirmed that they have received the notice and that nothing more needs to be done with the questionnaire. Cheers all!KeithP said:
