BT renewal offer

Hi,
my BT contract is up for renewal, am currently paying £42.30 for Fibre Halo 1, landline unlimited W end calls and Max 4k Tv. I spoke to BT today and was offered same price for same BB and land line and but with entertainment package (no movies, sport) with HD. Is anybody else managing to get a better price on this? I tried to stay on exactly the same package but they are doing away with the Max 4k package as new packages incorporate Sky channels .

Key is what TV channels do you want from BT .

Hi, can’t get virgin and not keen on having satellite dish on side of house. So somewhat limited, the channels they are offering will be fine just want to see how much I can push based on what other people have managed to get for same package.

There are firms that will install a dish on the chimney, you just need to factor in the cost of this when doing price comparison.

Hi, really not wanting the satellite dish and also don’t have a chimney. The purpose of this post was to understand what other people are paying for BB, land line and tv via BT so I’m can work out what BT are offering is a decent deal.

I have Infinity 1 (not Halo), Landline with w/e only calls, Max HD TV with free BT Sport. This costs me £34.27 per month. (Not sure when this contract ends - it's probably in Jan/Feb 2021).
