FairFX website problems

I now have a new FairFX card, and my wife has a linked card, but there is almost nothing we can do with them on the website. For our own reasons we do not want financial apps on our phones, but the old website allowed us to print detailed statements and transfer funds between the cards. The letter that came with the linked card includes the words "If you don't have a mobile device, you can use a computer or everything can be managed for you by the main cardholder". This is a blatant lie, because there is no card management functionality on the website. We even had to use the support chat-room as the only way to activate the linked card (it was done for us by someone in FairFX customer services) - and have found no way to get (or change) the PIN on that card. It's still (just about) possible to find the statements for the old card, by guessing the URL, but on the new website there is no link even to this.

I have such apps on my iPad, rather than mobile 'phone.

Would that work for you ?

Thanks but that doesn't help. My computer runs Windows, and their apps are only for Android or Apple. I don't have a pad, and I will not install apps on my phone because they always demand access to other information on the phone which they don't actually need and I don't want to supply to some anonymous busybody. "Security" is a joke when you actually give permission to strangers to read whatever they might want.
