Three annual price hike

I have just left Three, however this morning I received notification of an upcoming change to their terms and conditions. Previously Three increased the monthly charge by the RPI (currently 0.5%), however they are changing the T&Cs to increase the charges by an annual fixed amount of 4.5%, as opposed to the retail prices index.
I see that EE increase by CPI + 3.9%, given the low inflation rates at the moment, buyer beware!
